Last July, Colorado enacted a smoking ban, for all public places, with the exceptions of cigar bars, casinos, & the smoking lounge at DIA. They, the sponsors of the bill, stated that businesses would see only a negligible effect. Well, guess what. They were wrong.
It’s been in the local papers that the smaller businesses, the mom [...]

I saw on the news that a new operating system is out now. The only downfall (that they mention) is that it’s better on new computers. Older systems, such as the 3 in our house, probably don’t have the needed space(?) to run it.
Now, for a minute, let’s just suppose I’ve lost what little bit [...]

It was on Good Morning America. I saw it. Actually, I heard it when I was passing through, & had to stop to listen.
A 67 year old woman lied to a fertility doctor about her age, & got herself implanted. She will be 85 when the resulting child finishes high school. She’s now looking for [...]

I never realized it until I saw an article in the paper, but men are being forced to pay child support for kids that aren’t theirs. Even after DNA testing has proven it.

This is wrong. Just because a man was married to a woman, doesn’t mean that he should have to pay support for kids [...]

Yesterday on the news there was a mention of a man, here [...]

Chris saw a fish being born yesterday. Something he’s been asking for, for a long time now. But he wasn’t ready for what happened next. I knew that it happened, or else there wouldn’t be breeders nets made. But I wasn’t real fond of seeing it. I guess it was the fish version of belated [...]

Chris has a doctor’s appointment today, which I scheduled, so I can’t complain too much about the time it’s set for. But, it’s messing with potential plans. I should clean the tanks today, but it takes the better part of the afternoon to do it. Maybe I’ll wait til tomorrow. It’s supposed to be warmer [...]

Title makes no sense? Sure it does, if you know us.
Chris has been hurt, there is something wrong with his right knee. He can’t walk on it at all. His left leg can’t hold his weight, because of the polio he had when he was a baby. With his right knee out, he’s on crutches, [...]

Court OKs ACLU lawsuit over Quran oaths
Complaint seeks to invalidate state law because it favors Christianity
I can’t stand the ACLU. I can’t stand most liberals views, either. Next what will it be? The satanic bible? I’ve heard they have one. There is a politician who has to take his vows on his copy of the [...]
