At least we’ll have a shorter exposure to Bush than N. Korea has had to Jong. Bush not a dictator, you say? Look at his record.
He’s invoked “executive privilege” to the point it’s become the equivilent to hide what he’s doing. It, executive privilege, was established to keep confidential things that were being done in war time. Now, Bush is using it to cover his butt regarding the fired 9 attorneys. That’s got nothing to do with a war, but to hide his actions, & those of his flunkies. He’s also invoked it to cover something up in the Tillman death. It should be refered to now as “executive CYA”.
The FBI, using powers granted by Bush, is listening to phone calls, getting credit ratings, reading mail, email, & banking information on everyday people, in the “hunt for terrorists”. Do they even have credit ratings in N. Korea? What’s really bad is that the FBI knew they shouldn’t be getting some of this stuff, but because their leader said it was ok, they did it.
Under Bush’s reign, Al-Qaeda has had the opportunity to grow & prosper. Just like the rich in this country. The “middle class” is just about thinned out, & people are dying because there’s no reasonable health care here. Unless, again, they’re members of the super rich, have an A+ job that provides insurance, or enough money to get the care. Or can afford a plane ticket to India.
N. Korea isn’t being run into the ground by unchecked illegal immigration. Take a look around. Spanish is becoming the national language here.
Bush has done a few things that I do agree with. He put judges on the Supreme Court that aren’t so liberal that they wouldn’t put a stop to partial-birth (murder) abortions. He stopped same sex marriages. He stopped federal funding for stem cell research. (Yes, I do have massive issues with doctors playing God in fertility clinics.)
So is Bush better than Jong? I only know that Bush will be out before he can totally become Jong.
Go with God!

“N. Korea isn’t being run into the ground by unchecked illegal immigration.”
What are you talking about? There are no jobs in North Korea to immigrate for. The borders are laced with land mines and hidden high voltage electrical wires. If a South Korean ever did get into North Korea, he’d be spotted immediately. You know why? Because even within the same race, a person who has grown up with three meals a day sticks out like a sore thumb when he’s in a crowd of people whose bodies have been stunted by government-enforced famine their whole lives. That’s why South Korea finds it almost impossible to plant spies in the North - South Koreans don’t look like ghosts.
To say that North Korea isn’t being run into the ground by illegal immigration is like saying that because North Koreans aren’t allowed to have cars, life is better in North Korea because they don’t get hit by cars like we do.
And to say there’s any comparison between Bush and Kim scares me, because the only way you can is to forget how bad some people have it, and how good we do.
