I long for the days of old, where technology was a hundred years into the future, & I’m 50.
Between Norton, Windows, Active-X, & a host of other problems, Chris’ computer is infected with something, Norton isn’t working correctly on mine, & I’m ready to pitch the whole kit & caboodle. I’m even checking out Linux to put on Chris’ computer. If I understand it correctly, things that attack Windows can’t get to Linux.
The heater in the house has its computer flashing a code that only God or an HVAC tech would understand. We do have a fireplace, which is going full blast. It keeps the main level warm, but upstairs & the basement are both cold. The highs over the weekend won’t get to 50F. Wonderful.
Chris comes in & asks if I want to go to the zoo. Yeah, that’s happening. I have to bake & have a request for Carmel Sticky Rolls. Hopefully it’ll be warm enough for the dough to rise.
Go with God!

Well, I love them when they work fine
I do believe “when” is the key word in that sentance.
