I like it!

“Never get into a wrestling match with a pig,” Senator John McCain said in New Hampshire this month after reporters asked him about Mr. Romney. “You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.”

It’s 5:15 AM when I read this, & had to read it again to make sure I saw it correctly.

Actually, the article is talking about Romney being the most unpopular person on the Republican side of the race, mainly because of all his dirty ads about the other contenders. I haven’t seen any of them, because it hasn’t come here yet. So I guess Romney would be considered the pig in McCain’s statement.

I don’t know, but McCain reminds me of a good, old-fashioned country boy, while Romney & Rudy would be the city boys. Maybe it’s the age difference.

All I do know is that I wish someone would hurry up & convince me there’s someone worth voting for before they get to town. In Colorado, you can’t remain independent. You have to pick a side, then stay there. All I’ve heard is enough to convince me I don’t trust Huckabee, Romney, or Rudy. McCain I’m not sure of. We won’t even go to the Democrats, because I’m too socially conservative, & so far I haven’t seen anything people do that they figure is wrong. And Hillary just plain scares me. She says one thing, does another, and casts votes for something when she never read the literature that was handed out prior to the vote. Then tries to blame it on someone else for not briefing her completely or correctly. Not a shining moment, Hillary.

Oh well, I’ll just sit back & wait.
