Not a record I long for

Some record to have. A streak of 90+ temps set in 1901 will be broken on Thursday. Wednesday, the 18th day of 90 or above will tie it. Bummer. The only mitigating factor is the lack of humidity. I remember being in Dallas, when the temperature was matched by the humidity. That was worse.
