Here not too long ago, a blog post was done about the email etiquette of one of the Representatives in Alaska. Well, instead of looking at what he was guilty of, he got mad. He appears to have used state time & computers to search out the author of the blog, to expose her. (She had chosen to keep her identity confidential, which was her right.)
Actually, the cowardly Representative Mike Doogan made himself look not only petty, but vindictive & is possibly being used as a pawn by his governor, none other than Sarah Palin & her group. Because the blogger is a liberal Democrat & doesn’t hesitate to call a spade a space in the reporting of the idiocy that passes for government in Alaska.
Now a very informative & pleasurable blog is in danger of being shut down. Which is probably what they wanted to begin with.
Here’s the post from today: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TheMudflats/~3/sH68HvWfaEk/
Included in that post is the post on his lack of skills in sending a proper email. I would post it here, but the site is so busy it’s impossible to get into, to search for it.
People who read “The Mudflats” do so for a multitude of reasons. For a politician to do what he’s done because he doesn’t think it’s right to be “attacked” (there was no attack, but he was shown as a jerk using his own writings) by an annoymous blogger, then go to the lengths he did to expose her, is not right. It should be criminal. Especially if problems start happening to her or her family, because the party in charge there doesn’t like its mistakes being pointed out.
If I were AKMuckraker, I would be talking to an attorney.
